Six Things I Learned From P90X:

  1. I'm not good at yoga.  It did not make me feel relaxed.  Or flexible.  Or centered.  Namaste.
  2. I'm not good at kickboxing.  Kenpo.  Whatev.  
  3. My bedroom is not big enough for me to do a front, side, back kick combination.  Unless I'm cool with kicking my dresser.  And I'm not sure I am.
  4. I look like an idiot pretending to punch things.  Also, I can only do one kind of punch without getting confused.  Ask me to do four different kinds all in a row?  It's just not happening.
  5. Looking in the mirror while attempting to do the P90X cardio DVD is not what you'd call a "self-esteem booster".
  6. I don't think I like P90X.
